In partnership with the Blacksmiths of the Dawson Creative Guild, TMM transforms unwanted firearms into beautiful, functional garden tools gifted to survivors of gun violence as a symbol of healing and renewal. Depending on donations, we host an annual gun buyback event where gift cards are exchanged for unwanted firearms. These firearms are then carefully disassembled, and the blacksmiths begin the work of transformation.

We also host survivor ceremonies, inviting participants to strike the hot iron in honor of loved ones lost to gun violence, a powerful, hands-on act of remembrance and healing. For the first time, a limited number of forged tools will be available for purchase, helping sustain and expand this meaningful mission of restoration.
