Tapestry Project

Guns to Garden Tools
We have partnered with the Blacksmiths of the Dawson Creative Guild to be able to
transform unwanted firearms into beautiful and functional garden tools to gift to survivors of gun violence to help foster a healing transformation. Once a year depending on donations we host a gun buy back where we trade giftcards for unwanted firearms. We then disesemble them and the smiths go to work. We host survivor ceremonies so that they may participate in striking the hot iron in the name of a loved one lost. For the first time we will be offering extra forged tools, by availability, here for sale so that we may help sustain this remarkable
mission of healing.
