The Board of Directors of TMM Tulsa provides leadership, vision, and accountability to ensure our mission thrives. Each member brings a unique blend of experience, passion, and commitment to serving our community. Together, they guide the organization with integrity and dedication, helping TMM Tulsa continue to make a lasting impact in the lives we touch.

Reverend Chris Moore

Born and raised in Oklahoma, Chris was ordained into the United Church of Christ in 2009, after many years in the I.T. Management industry. He is a graduate of the University of Oregon and Phillips Theological Seminary in Tulsa. He has served at the First Congregational UCC in Norman, Mayflower Congregational UCC in Oklahoma City, and has been the pastor at Fellowship Congregational UCC in Tulsa since late 2013. He currently resides on the board of JustHope, working collaboratively in Nicaragua, and participates in ACTION, a broad-based community organizing effort. His wife, Kathy, is a speech pathologist and they have two boys, Ian and Alec.

Reverend Eric Gill

Rev. Dr. Eric J. Gill currently serves as Executive Pastor of Operations and Ministries at Antioch Baptist Church in Tulsa. He is also the Director of Theological Field Education at Phillips Theological Seminary – Tulsa, OK. Having earned his Doctor of Ministry from the Samuel

DeWitt Proctor School of Theology at Virginia Union University, Gill has served in several congregational ministry and community organization positions in Tulsa. Recently, Dr. Gill was the Director of Community Engagement for the Terence Crutcher Foundation. Rev. Dr. Gill is a sought-after lecturer.

He has presented and taught across the country. Rev. Dr. Gill earned a Master of Science in Management from Southern Nazarene University, a Master of Divinity from the Samuel DeWitt Proctor School of Theology at Virginia Union University, and a certificate in Church Administration also from Virginia Union University.

Additionally, Gill earned a certificate in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Management from Cornell University. Dr. Eric J. Gill is a board member of the Tulsa Metropolitan Ministries & Foundations for Liberating Minds. Eric was a part of Leadership Tulsa’s 64 cohort, the Faith Coalition for the Commutation of Julius Jones, and he is a proud member of the Alpha Tau Lambda Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Incorporated.

Dr. Gill is married to the beautiful Kendra L. Gill. The two of them have been blessed with two amazing children. Eric’s mission is to serve God & love God’s people.

Reverend Olivia Lane

Rev. Olivia Lane is Senior Minister and Head of Staff at Southminster Presbyterian Church in Tulsa’s historic Brookside neighborhood. She leads Southminster in cultivating a model of ministry that unites spiritual formation with sustainable business practices and strategic property stewardship, positioning the church as a faithful, financially resilient witness in a changing religious landscape.
 
Rev. Lane brings more than a decade of pastoral and chaplaincy experience, including in neurosciences and psychiatric hospital chaplaincy and as Chaplain for Spiritual Formation at Georgetown University, where she also co-pastored the Protestant Church. She holds a Bachelor of Music in Performance with honors from The University of Tulsa, a Master of Divinity and a certificate in Executive Leadership from Princeton Theological Seminary, and is a trained Ignatian Spiritual Director.
 
An ordained Minister of Word and Sacrament in the PCUSA, Rev. Lane is active in ecumenical and interfaith networks. Her current work explores liturgy, justice, spiritual formation, and public theology.

Reverend Whitney Waller

Rev. Whitney Waller serves as the Discipleship Pastor at Harvard Avenue Christian Church. She is an Oklahoma transplant, originally from Texas. Whitney is a graduate of Texas Christian University and Yale University.

Reverend Kara Farrow

Rev. Kara Y. Farrow serves as Lead Pastor of Fellowship Lutheran Church in Tulsa, where she is deeply committed to faith-rooted community engagement, justice-seeking ministry, and building relationships across differences. She leads a bilingual, intercultural ministry partnership with Comunidad de Esperanza and works closely with community organizations addressing hunger, immigration, and neighbor well-being.

Rev. Farrow received her Master of Divinity from Phillips Theological Seminary, completed her Lutheran formation at Wartburg Theological Seminary, and is a proud Oklahoma State University alum. She currently serves on the Arkansas-Oklahoma Synod Council and the Phillips Seminary Alum Board.

Her ministry is shaped by a conviction that faith and public life are inseparable, and that communities flourish when compassion, dignity, and justice guide our common work. She is honored to serve on the Board of Tulsa Metropolitan Ministries in support of its mission to unite people of faith in service of neighbors across Tulsa.

Shelta Sneed

Shelta Sneed brings over 20 years of Human Resources experience across a variety of industries, with a strong professional presence in the Tulsa area. As a certified HR professional (PHR, SHRM-CP), she is known for her strategic insight, people-first approach, and commitment to fostering inclusive, high-performing workplace cultures. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Shelta is passionate about connecting individuals with the resources and support they need to thrive. An avid networker, she finds joy in building meaningful relationships, reading, traveling, and spending quality time with family and friends. She welcomes new connections and encourages others to reach out via LinkedIn
