Intersection Dinners
Intersections are quarterly dinners that gather disparate parts of the Tulsa community together to break bread, listen to one another and foster relationships. The purpose of “Intersections” dinners is not to solve problems. In fact, it’s not even to make sure that you get your point across. It is to be present with people who are not like you and to listen. For we do know one thing that helps to alleviate anxiety and fear, and that is being heard.
Law Enforcement Dinners
Bringing together law enforcement leadership and new cadets with community members, Law Enforcement Dinners proactively build bridges between police and the community members they are tasked with serving. These events take place at faith communities in areas of the city where tensions between law enforcement and community members are highest.
