Rev. Keith O. McArtor is minister at Centenary United Methodist Church in Tulsa. He is also a practicing attorney since 1991. In addition, he presently serves on the Tulsa Metropolitan Area Planning Commission. He has been a member of the board of TMM for over ten years, and has served as President of the Board for the past four years.
